A landscape master plan includes design treatments for the exterior of this multi-family housing project to enhance livability and the relationship of the building to the hillside.  As part of the irrigation plan, a heat sensing cable on the hillside below will activate long-reach spray irrigation to help protect the structure from a wildfire.
