Scope of work included landscape design, water conservation plan and exterior detailing for this residence and accessory dwelling unit.  This proposed residence is located within the Burlingame Park neighborhood.  While the details and finishes are in the modern farmhouse style, the massing and forms fit with the various traditional styles present in the Burlingame Park neighborhood. Jack Chu, building designer and structural engineer.  Alfonso + Brown, landscape architects, 3D exhibits, exterior detailing.
