Scope of work for this project included master planning, community themes, clubhouse and conceptual landscape design.  The program and design of the clubhouse allows for adut and youth swimming, helth and wellness and separated event space for indoor banquets and outdoor events.  The building is convieved with traditional forms and materials with contemporary style to set the tone for the look and feel of of new and expanding neighborhoods at Westlake.
